We had a residential project slightly out of the ordinary - w a very successful result - SilentGliss blinds for large slanted skylight windows were installed by Shading Specialists - Extremely knowledgeable and experienced installer. Extremely reliable in organising the installation, flexibly fitting us in during the period when we were busy travelling constantly. Extremely swift when the slight adjustments were needed post installation - no question asked, the visit was organised promptly, without a fuss. Very impressive installer - he was skilled and precise to the millimeter (of the gaps between the several pleated blinds installed next to one another) and even a very OCD client (like ourselves) had absolutely no complaint(!) Highly recommend.

Shading Specialists gave us the opportunity to work alongside them carrying out their electrical work. They are an amazing company to work with and their installations are fantastic. After three years we had a slight problem with blind in one office and they came round within a week and got everything sorted under the guarantee. Always friendly and efficient and helpful. I recently had the DIAZ range blinds fitted to 2 sets of bi folding doors. They were supplied and installed by Shading Specialists. The whole process from the initial visit to the showroom to the installation of the blinds was excellent. I was particularly impressed with how professional the installers were. I am absolutely delighted with my blinds and would not hesitate to recommend Shading Specialists.

Excellent Customer Service. I had a couple of issues that were not down to the fault of Shading Specialists but down to suppliers, and Shading Specialists went out of their way to persevere until I was totally happy with the end result. They had a lot of time and patience to discuss exactly what I was looking for, and made great suggestions to suit my needs.
