A wave curtain functions similarly to an eyelet curtain, with fabric folding both in front of and behind the track. This needs to be considered when ceiling-mounting your wave track.
For wall mounting, we provide 80mm brackets for 60mm wave curtains and 100mm brackets for 80mm wave curtains. These brackets ensure the curtains fold neatly into the wave shape without touching the walls or windows, creating a clean and stylish look. Please refer to the chart below for guidance on spacing for wave curtain tracks.

Before constructing a recess to house the track, ensure you consult the wave chart to allow enough space for the curtain folds. It can be quite frustrating if the recess ends up a few centimetres too short for the wave heading to fit properly. Feel free to contact us early in your project for detailed advice and guidance.
Double Tracks
Layering curtains on a window enhances both the style and functionality of your room. A voile or sheer wave curtain on the back of a double track is a popular choice, offering privacy and shading during the day while still allowing natural light to filter through. For added warmth and comfort, especially in colder months, a heavier curtain with standard or blackout lining can be used. Blackout linings are especially useful in bedrooms or multipurpose rooms like guest rooms.

TOP TIP – If you have a recess around your bi-fold or sliding doors, consider ceiling-fixing a voile or sheer curtain to save space with your Lined/Heavier Layout Outside the recess
